Beilsteiner Straße 121

Since 2012, we have provided around 200 studios and rehearsal rooms, on nine floors, to musicians and other artists from all over the world. The house in Beilsteiner Str. 121 – ARTtraktiv Vol. 1 – has always fostered an atmosphere of creative freedom, here you can make music 24/7 and exchange ideas with other artists from all genres. In addition to a friendly atmosphere, we give great importance to security with round-the-clock supervision and camera surveillance. In the house there are also snack and drink vending machines, an elevator, a shower, parking in front of the door as well as outdoor seating in the summer. Internet access can be booked flexibly at any time if required.

Our “Platte”, which is located in Marzahn, right on the border with Lichtenberg, can be quickly reached via S7 to “Springpfuhl” station and streetcar lines 27, 37, M5, M8 and M17 to “Beilsteiner Straße” station.

Frank-Zappa-Straße 11

In 2018, we opened our second Music House – ARTtraktiv Vol. 2 – at Frank-Zappa-Str. 11, adjacent to Landsberger Allee, not far from our house on Beilsteiner Straße and with the ORWOhaus as neighbours. With the second location, we provide artists with an additional approx. 200 studios and rehearsal rooms on nine floors for their creative work. The building is monitored by cameras, has around-the-clock service, and has vending machines for drinks and snacks, an elevator, a shower, and a green outdoor area. Those who need Internet access can book it easily and flexibly.

Located near the S-Bahn station Poelchaustraße (S7) and the streetcar station “Dingelstädter Straße” (16, 27, M6, M17), the building is easily accessible and yet far from residential areas. This makes it possible to be loud 24/7 without being disturbed.
